Bankruptcy

At our firm, we understand that financial difficulties can occur unexpectedly and it is difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If you are facing overwhelming debt, calls from creditors, repossessions, or foreclosures, call us.  We have helped numerous people find solutions to their financial difficulties.

We offer an initial consultation directly with the attorney that will handle your case.

Real Estate

We represent Buyers or Sellers in real estate transactions.

We have experience in a variety of real property transactions and can facilitate "For Sale by Owner" transactions, commercial transactions, residential sales with traditional third party financing, seller financed transactions, financed sales for ITIN buyers or foreign nationals, manufactured home transactions, and many other situations.

We offer non-representation and dual-representation to Buyers and Sellers subject to attorney evaluation.

We can resolve ancillary issues arising from the sale or real property or the transfer of title.

Call for a consultation.

Immigration

With the complexities that are involved in U.S. immigration law, it is essential that you have an immigration attorney on your side.

We are currently accepting new clients seeking to apply for legal permanent residency, U.S. Citizenship, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and DACA renewal.

Call us to see what we can do for you and your family.  Ask for an in-person consultation.

Criminal

If you or a loved one have been charged or arrested in Travis County, call us.  We provide criminal representation with a focus on DWI and DUI defense cases.  We provide jail release services after business hours in many cases.

At the Manuel Paredes Law Firm, PLLC, we are equipped to handle both your criminal and immigration case.  You do not need to hire two attorneys if you hire the Manuel Paredes Law Firm, PLLC to handle both your cases.

Avoid an immigration hold if a non-U.S. citizen you know is arrested by calling us immediately.  In Texas, with the passage of HB-4, a non-U.S. Citizen that is arrested may be subject to an immigration hold which could extend their time behind bars.  A person subject to an immigration hold may not be released from custody.  Instead, if you pay their criminal bond, that person will be transferred into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) which will transport that person to a detention center outside of Travis County.  Call us so we can help before that happens.  Time is of the essence and we cannot guaranty that an immigration hold can be avoided.  However, we provide services after business hours in many cases.
